Wellness is more than being free from illness.
It is a process of change and growth towards a mentally, spiritually and physically healthy lifestyle. Considering yourself a spiritual being in physical form helps us to appreciate the guidance of a Wayshower or Life Coach/Mentor.
I offer personalized coaching, wholeness support, programs and services to help you release your limiting belief patterns, learn to heal and support your optimal health and teach tools and practices which help build a solid foundation toward achieving your highest goals and aspirations.
In order to live a higher quality life, maintaining optimal balance is key. Everything we feel and do relates to our well-being and directly affects our actions and emotions; our emotions and thought, in fact, create our reality. In order to subdue stress, reduce illness, and ensure increasingly positive and joy filled moments in your life, you must achieve optimal wholeness. This comes from understanding yourself as a spiritual being, how to optimize your own energy output and input and how to awaken to your passion and align with your soul's purpose. Dis-ease, disturbance and depression indicate something is "out of alignment". Together, we find the root causes and address them in a safe, loving and supportive environment which inspires growth, wholeness and harmonious balance.
Without incorporating spirituality and self care into our daily practice, our lives can often become stagnant, disharmonious and lack the full breadth of our soul's potential. Each "body" (emotional, physical, mental, spiritual, causal/universal) is acknowledged, addressed and supported to achieve the highest level of balance and vitality.
To achieve optimal wellness, wholeness, one must apply oneself towards every possible endeavor. Sometimes that's tough to do when stressed out or suffering with low self esteem, physical or emotional pain or limiting behavior patterns. When you're ready, I can teach you how to fly. I offer a full range of physical support therapeutics, spiritual, relationship and life coaching services as well as Shamanic energetic support and ceremony. Self care and wholeness starts with a balanced, harmonious approach towards your family, your soul, environment, community, career, belief systems, physical activities, self care, healthy eating, self esteem, and creative activities. Applying wellness and a balanced approach in your everyday life will allow you to achieve your full potential and live a life with passion and on purpose. I teach you how to discover and connect with your true self, optimize your self care and relationships and learn to live a life you co-create on purpose and with a passion. Consciousness/awareness, acceptance and balance are key to mastery of self. Wellness, or Wholeness implies coming into harmony with one's total or complete self; coming into harmonious union. We shall examine areas which could be holding you back from an optimal life experience and find the keys to unlocking your full potent self. This is what I fondly refer to this as Leveling Up.
